The following Terms of Service apply to all use of used-shipping-containers.com and any purchases made through US Container Supply.

Products

Containers are sold according to their listed condition grade. Photographs shown on the site represent the general condition of a given grade and may not depict the specific unit assigned to your order. Inventory levels and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices displayed on this website represent base pricing and may fluctuate. Your final cost will be confirmed in your personalized quote. Delivery fees are calculated separately based on distance and are not factored into the listed container price.

Warranty

One-Trip and Cargo Worthy containers are covered by a 5-year structural warranty. Wind & Water Tight containers carry a 3-year structural warranty. As-Is containers are sold with no warranty. All warranty coverage applies exclusively to structural soundness.

30-Day Satisfaction Swap

Within 30 days of receiving your container, you may request a swap for a different unit from our available stock. This exchange is contingent on inventory availability, and transportation costs for the replacement container are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, wire transfer, and credit card (a 3% processing surcharge applies to card transactions). A refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your container reservation.
